Method for Sealing Baozi, Xianbing and other Filled Breads
The technique that I will teach you in the following video is a method commonly used to seal a dough that is encasing a filling. It is a sealing technique used on several different breads. For this reason I am putting it in it's own post for the convenience of linking it to several different posts.
